First of all, I won’t deny was extremely nervous ordering a car online and having it shipped across the country and trusting someone to be 100% honest with me about the car I’m looking at. That being said I would definitely do it all over again. They worked with me and understood my nervousness. They understood exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love my 2016 Toyota Sequoia. It Is everything I hoped and as I requested, no surprises. They told me what I needed to know. And once I explain to them that I am a person that needs follow up and communication, they met all those needs too. So all that being said, I would definitely, if I was in the market for another car would suggest Diplomat Motors. I couldn’t be happier.
